Three that do not complain about high gas prices:

1. Those who have money to blow.

2. Those who do not drive.

3. U. S. refiners of gas.

monstrous win.

But obviously to the lawbreakers it is of no concern.

1. Pranksters.

2. Lawn maintenance by accident.
