The continuance of maintenance should be the case.

Three reasons that Mexico has put a halt to cars, older than 10
year old, being imported legally into the country:

1. They are considered jalopies.

2. They cut into Mexican car sales.

3. Mexico doesn't want to be considered an auto garbage dump.
