Three When Half Is Good

Three when half is good:

1. The better half.

2. Half full.

3. DWI drivers arrested, cut by more than half.

On New Year's Day from midnight to 8a.m., there were only 17
arrested in Montgomery County-
Compared to last year's grand total of 43.

Three reasons that many Montgomery County officials stayed up all night on New Year's Eve:

1. They were partying.

2. They were quietly celebrating the holiday.

3. They were on standby, to issue warrants for blood tests, for those who refused breathalyzer, or field sobriety tests.
